BioCatalogue plugin for Taverna 2.1.2
An alpha version of the BioCatalogue plugin for Taverna 2.1.2 – http://www.taverna.org.uk – is now available to try out. The plugin allows users to browse services on https://www.biocatalogue.org and add them to their workflows. The plugin has been written by Sergejs Aleksejevs who was also the main developer of the myExperiment perspective for Taverna.
To install the plugin, go to Advanced -> Updates and plugins in the Workbench, and click “Find new plugins” button. Tick the BioCatalogue box and then install. You’ll need to restart Taverna to see the plugin’s functionality.
Any comments on the plugin are very welcome and can be done either via the plugin or directly on the Taverna Web site at http://www.taverna.org.uk/about/contact-us/feedback/
