Updates from WSDL

- A new <strong>port</strong> called 'StanfordAlgorithm' was found.
- The parent <strong>port</strong> for the <strong>operation</strong> 'processSequence' has been updated to 'StanfordAlgorithm'.
- The parent <strong>port</strong> for the <strong>operation</strong> 'processSequences' has been updated to 'StanfordAlgorithm'.
- A new <strong>input</strong> called 'reportTypeInt' for <strong>operation</strong> 'processSequences' was found.
- The <strong>input</strong> 'reportType' for the <strong>operation</strong> 'processSequences' has been removed from the WSDL (and thus archived in the BioCatalogue).
