WSPSISearch: PSISeach combines Smith-Waterman sequence search (SSEARCH) with the PSI-BLAST strategy to find distantly related protein sequences (see http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/services/psisearch).

PSI-Search, similar to PSI-BLAST, combines the Smith-Waterman search algorithm with the PSI-BLAST profile construction strategy to find distantly related protein sequences. Searches are done with SSEARCH, and the selected hits are combined with BLASTPGP t
